Our team provides ongoing gutter cleaning services for a large 150-unit strata community, consisting of a mix of detached townhomes and attached buildings. Due to the property’s many mature trees overhanging the rooftops, debris build-up is a recurring issue, so we complete 2–3 cleanings per year to keep the system flowing properly.

Contracted by Mederike Contracting, we ensure that all debris is removed thoroughly and disposed of responsibly. Our crews pay close attention to detail, making sure gutters and downspouts remain clear throughout the seasons, preventing water overflow and costly damage to the property.

Before we implemented this maintenance program, the property often experienced overflow and pooling issues during heavy rains. Now, with our scheduled cleanings in place, water flows freely all season long, protecting the buildings and extending the life of the gutter system.
