Here is our 3 step process for roof moss removal
Technicians will first take a 360 walk around view of your roof and determine the safest way to perform the job. After gaining access, technicians will now use a brush to agitate areas and remove the moss.
We then give your roof a light sweep of any moss that is willing to come off by physically brushing as we don’t want to damage your roof by brushing off all the asphalt.
We will soft wash your roof with a cleaning solution mixture that will ensure elimination of any form of unwanted growth on your roof. Results may take up to 4-6 months as it takes time for the moss to die and run off with weather conditions.

All technicians are professionally trained on ladder safety and roof walking safety. Fall protection gear will be worn in certain situations. We are also covered by Worksafe BC.

You can expect a medium sized home to take up to 4 hours depending on the amount of moss. Some projects may take technicians less than an hour to complete.

We use Sodium Hypochlorite and a commercial grade surfactant which is used by all companies in the exterior cleaning industry to tackle your moss problem! We do a pre and post rinse of water to dilute any solution that may fall into your surrounding property. We have years of experience using these solutions and know the exact ratios to perform this project safely without damaging any property.

Yes, this is called a roof sweep, where we remove all debris from the roof by using leaf blowers and hand scrubbing/sweeping. All debris will be picked up and taken away.
