What is Soft Washing?
Soft washing is a low-pressure cleaning method used to remove dirt, grime, and other contaminants from surfaces such as roofs, siding, and outdoor furniture. Unlike pressure washing, which uses high-pressure water to blast away debris, soft washing uses a combination of low-pressure water and specialized cleaning solutions to gently and effectively clean the surface.
The cleaning solution used in soft washing is typically a mix of water, bleach, and a detergent or other cleaning agent. The solution is applied to the surface using a low-pressure sprayer, and allowed to sit for a period of time to allow it to break down and dissolve the contaminants.
After the cleaning solution has had time to work, the surface is then rinsed off using low-pressure water. The low pressure ensures that the surface is not damaged during the cleaning process, while still effectively removing all of the contaminants.
Soft washing is a popular method for cleaning exterior surfaces because it is effective at removing dirt and grime without damaging the surface. It is particularly useful for cleaning delicate surfaces such as shingle roofs and painted surfaces, where high-pressure washing could cause damage.

We do a pre and post rinse of water to dilute any solution that may fall into your surrounding property. We have years of experience using these solutions and know the exact ratios to perform this project safely without damaging any property.

In our full detail house washing package which includes siding, exterior of gutters, soffits, fascia boards, and a full window clean, will cost around $700-$1000.
